Associate Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Annual Financial Statements

  • Assist in the accounting and preparation of annual financial statements, including mandatory disclosures (Offenlegung).
  • Support the preparation of corporate income and trade tax returns, VAT filings, and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with our tax assistants (SteuFA), particularly in payroll and VAT matters

Tax Filings

Support the preparation of:

  • Corporate income tax and trade tax returns.  
  • Vat Filings
  • Payroll processes and filings
  • Contribute to annual financial statements and partnership tax returns for VC, PE, and Fund-of-Funds structures (together with Felix and the team)

Partnership Reporting 

  • Together with Felix and the team, contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and partnership tax returns for VC, PE, and FoF structures.
  • Help further develop Talix (our proprietary fund tax software) and other internal tools

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interest in fund structures, venture capital and private equity
  • Team spirit, proactivity, and a desire to learn and grow
