Former Managing Director of Founderland and Director of Strategy at the Berlin Founder’s Fund, Stephanie von Behr joins ACE Alternatives

Berlin, Germany – November 15, 2024 — ACE Alternatives (“ACE”), a leader in tech-driven fund operations and tax for alternative assets, is excited to welcome Stephanie von Behr as the new Senior Manager of Customer Operations.

With an extensive background in the startup ecosystem, as an entrepreneur, community builder, venture capital strategist, and diversity advocate, Stephanie brings a unique perspective to ACE’s client services. Her passion for technology-driven solutions align with ACE’s mission to re-imagine fund management.

Stephanie previously served as Director of Strategy at the Berlin Founders Fund, where she led the development of a government-backed fund supporting diverse founders. Under her leadership, the fund achieved close to 50/50 gender representation, establishing one of Berlin’s most equitable investment portfolios.

She also co-founded and led Founderland, a nonprofit connecting women of color founders with investors, and developed innovative tools, including PAM, an AI-powered pitch tool with support from the Creative Impact Fund Europe and R/GA.

In her role, Stephanie will lead client operations at ACE, emphasizing transparency, streamlined workflows, and inclusive practices aligned with ACE’s mission to simplify fund operations for alternative asset investors.
