Johanna’s transition from a GP-side investment operations lead role to helming customer-oriented fund administration services is driven by the increasing customer-side demand for top-notch tech-driven services in this field.

In her role as Head of Customer Excellence, Johanna will oversee customer services from A-Z, drawing on her experience as an angel and VC investor, helming fundraising campaigns, and advising on investment structuring and M&A mandates. Her expertise guarantees personalized guidance and support for clients, facilitating smoother operations and delivering additional value-add for the strategic decision-making of the ACE customers.
